Parish Tech Services offers practical backup and recovery plans for small local businesses that cannot afford to lose files, records, invoices, or shared documents.
These plans are intentionally focused: monitored backups, restore testing, basic network monitoring, and recovery help. They are not unlimited IT support contracts.
The goal is to make sure your important files are backed up, watched, and test-restored before a disaster happens.

Priority clients receive a basic written recovery plan so everyone knows what happens when a machine fails.
Most small businesses fit one of the three plans. Add-ons cover extra devices, extra storage, or additional support needs.

Backup service is not unlimited IT support. Included support is for backup, restore, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting tied to the protected systems.
Client systems must have working power and internet access for backups to run reliably. Initial backups may take several days depending on file size and upload speed. Recovery time is not guaranteed unless separately contracted.
Prices and included services are subject to change. Written quotes or service agreements control over general website pricing. Taxes, software licensing, cloud storage overages, replacement parts, and third-party vendor fees are not included unless specifically stated in writing. All hourly services outside of the scope of a protection plan are billed at a two hour minimum, and $40 an hour for each additional hour.
Backup and recovery services reduce risk, but no backup system can guarantee protection from every failure, deletion, outage, ransomware event, hardware loss, natural disaster, or user error. Clients remain responsible for identifying critical data, keeping access credentials available, and notifying Parish Tech Services of major system or file-location changes.
Work outside the listed plan scope is billed at the posted labor rate unless otherwise agreed in writing. Parish Tech Services may recommend hardware, software, or security changes when needed for reliable service.
